Brewing Factors
- Water -
Drinking tea contains 99% of water so we recommend you to brew tea by very clean water not mineral or contaminated water.
- Temperature -
Varied temperature level directly affects to the taste. Too high temperature can increase tea loosening rate resulting in too much bitter.
- Time -
Timing when soaking tea leaves is also key important in which too long loosening can create bitter taste sometimes it can cause constipation.
